That’s an awesome question and we’re glad you asked… Bassett Farms grows select produce using organic practices! We are now USDA Certified Organic. Unless otherwise noted, all of our produce is certified organic! Check out our Farm News page for more information and updates about our growing practices.

For online orders we accept credit and debit payments along with cash when you pick up your order. We also accept SNAP payments when purchasing in-person at the farmstand. If you would like to use PayPal, Venmo, or another form of payment please let us know and we can probably figure something out.

Unfortunately, once the order is placed and we have charged your form of payment, we’ll be busy packing your produce and won’t have a way to change the order. If you want to add to the order, please place an additional separate order or purchase from the farmstand when you arrive to pick up your order.

We’ll have your order ready for pickup within the timeslot that you choose! We encourage you to pick a timeslot that most closely resembles when you’ll arrive to pick up your order. When we have your order packed and ready you’ll receive an email letting you know.

Well, shoot. Sorry about that! We are working really hard to make this an easy way for you to order online and pick up your produce without any hassle, but mistakes happen. If we got your order wrong please let us know right away and we’ll make it right however we can.

If you have to ask that question you probably haven’t met us yet. Yes, this is absolutely a family farm. We’re all Bassetts, from planting the plants, to cooking up the recipes and even building this website… it’s all us. When you buy from Bassett Farms you are not only supporting a small business, you are supporting a local, Davisburg family business.
